Pearly Mound School-It is a one room old time country school. It was open from 1900 to 1960. It was first through eighth grade and one teacher. After it closed it was used for meetings. |

Corner Cafe-It was a corner saloon. Then it changed to a cafe. It changed to Balloons and Moore. It has an apartment on top of the store. |

Klauss James Art Museum-In 1904 it was a bank on the first floor. In 1924-1987 it was a hospital. The second floor is now an art museum and the first floor is an office. |

Veterans Memorial-It is on Main Street close to our school. There are six granite tablets, seven ft. in a semi circle. It's for the Army, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard, and Merchant Marines. There are six flags with the U. S. in the middle. |
